They proactively contacted me to remind me of a maintenance service that I had available to me, then made an appointment for me for the tech to arrive just a couple of days later. The tech, Diego, showed up on time with an upbeat and professional demeanor, and got to work immediately. And what an expert job he did (!) all while keeping me informed the entire time. This is a company that continues to exceed my expectations - every time! Telford Cooling is just an honest, reliable, professional company that does outstanding work for reasonable rates. My whole family uses their services and have always had positive experiences. I had an issue yesterday (on a Monday) regarding an inoperative A/C unit, called at 9am, and they were at the house by 10:30am. They always seem to be this responsive. Awesome company... very thorough and Tyreek was amazing at explaining everything he did, and showed me why I was experiencing the problems with my AC unit, and was able to fix it immediately!
