They proactively contacted me to remind me of a maintenance service that I had available to me, then made an appointment for me for the tech to arrive just a couple of days later. The tech, Diego, showed up on time with an upbeat and professional demeanor, and got to work immediately. And what an expert job he did (!) all while keeping me informed the entire time. This is a company that continues to exceed my expectations - every time! Telford Cooling is just an honest, reliable, professional company that does outstanding work for reasonable rates. My whole family uses their services and have always had positive experiences. I had an issue yesterday (on a Monday) regarding an inoperative A/C unit, called at 9am, and they were at the house by 10:30am. They always seem to be this responsive. Awesome company... very thorough and Tyreek was amazing at explaining everything he did, and showed me why I was experiencing the problems with my AC unit, and was able to fix it immediately! I had been using another company for over 10 years and they never showed me the problem. Tyreek was also respectful of my no shoe policy in the house, and wore booties without even asking him to. They Are My New Go-To HVAC Contractor
I have used Telford for the last year on two relatively big projects. The first was to move my compressor to allow a pool install. The team that moved and then moved back my unit were exceptionally professional and cleaned up the install on my unit by the builder that was 2 years old, taking care of things not in their scope of work to clean up the messy wiring and pipe runs to the unit.
The second time is when my AC stopped working more recently. The techs worked hard and long to diagnose a problem in my three-year-old unit. The people at Telford went above and beyond to get my compressor replaced.
They are my new go-to HVAC contractor over the people my builder used. The builder’s contractors had been called out for the AC not functioning about two months before Telford and charged me lots of money to come clean out the condensation drain line, saying that is why the unit was not working. I service that once per month, and the tech blew me off even though I said the fan on the compressor had been working. At that point, I thought it could be a coolant leak, but he did not pursue. Lo and behold, when we got to the root of the problem, the evaporator coils were rusted out. The fact Sean and his crew figured it out and got it fixed shows me the quality of Telford.
