They proactively contacted me to remind me of a maintenance service that I had available to me, then made an appointment for me for the tech to arrive just a couple of days later. The tech, Diego, showed up on time with an upbeat and professional demeanor, and got to work immediately. And what an expert job he did (!) all while keeping me informed the entire time.
